What needs to be declared at departure

  1. The goods for private use including which are temporarily imported the cost and (or) the number of whom exceeds regulations of movement of such merchandise with remission of customs payments:
    • the goods for private use (except for ethyl alcohol and an indivisible merchandise) moved with air transport which customs value exceeds the sum of 10,000 euros and (or) total weight of which are exceeded by 50 kg;
    • alcoholic beverages and beer in number of more than 3 liters counting on one natural person which reached 18-year age;
    • tobacco and tobacco merchandise in number of more than 200 cigarettes, either 50 cigars (cigarillos), or 250 grams of tobacco or the specified merchandise in assortment with a total weight more than 250 grams, counting on one natural person which reached 18-year age;
    • indivisible goods for private use weighing more than 35 kg.
  2. Cash and (or) traveler's checks for the total amount exceeding in an equivalent of 10 thousand US dollars.
  3. Monetary instruments, except for traveler's checks: receipts, bills of exchange, bank checks and also securities in a documentary form certifying the obligation of the issuer (debtor) for payment of cash in which the person to whom such payment is performed is not specified.
  4. Cultural values.
  5. Ballot boxes with ashes (ashes), coffins with bodies (remains) of the dead.
  6. The merchandise which is not relating to goods for private use. Declaring of such merchandise is made in the general order established for members of foreign economic activity.
  7. The goods for private use moved in unaccompanied luggage.
  8. The goods for private use imported in the accompanied luggage if the natural person moving them has unaccompanied luggage.
  9. Goods for private use to which bans and constraints, except measures of non-tariff and technical regulation are applied:
    • office and civil weapon, its main parts and cartridges to it;
    • drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors;
    • the toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances, limited to movement through a customs border;
    • the radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices of civil assignment including which are built in or being a part of other merchandise, limited to import to customs area of customs union;
    • information on printing, audiovisual and other data carriers prohibited for import to customs area of customs union and transit across customs area of customs union;
    • the special technical means intended for secret obtaining information which import to customs area of customs union is limited;
    • cryptography (cryptographic) tools which import to customs area of customs union is limited;
    • the hazardous waste prohibited when importing and (or) limited to movement through a customs border when importing;
    • the ozone-depleting substances limited to movement through a customs border when importing;
    • bodies and (or) tissues of the person, blood and its components, limited, to movement through a customs border when importing;
    • the remedies of plants prohibited to import to customs area of customs union, falling under action of appendix A and In the Stockholm convention on resistant organic pollutants of May 22, 2001;
    • the tools of production (catch) of water biological resources prohibited to import to customs area of customs union.
