Prokofiev. Getting ahead of time

  • Concert dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian composer Sergei Prokofiev. One of Russia's leading young performers, Pavel Milyukov (violin), together with the symphony orchestra "Northern Symphony" of the St. Petersburg Music Hall Theater under the baton of maestro Fabio Mastrangelo, will perform the Violin Concerto No. 2 in G minor-a work by Sergei Prokofiev, created before returning to the USSR after a long emigration. The second movement will feature Symphony No. 7 in C-Sharp minor, which was the last symphonic composition of the great Russian genius. The concert starts at 19.30 Great Hall
